Liderança cultural: Pessoas e governança

The Cultural Leadership: People and Governance program at the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity is a six‑day intensive workshop (Feb 21‑26 2027) aimed at emerging and seasoned leaders in the arts and cultural sector. Participants explore board development, governance structures, human‑resources fundamentals, and organizational culture through case studies, peer learning, and experiential activities. The program includes a single‑bedroom on‑site accommodation, a discounted meal plan, access to campus facilities such as the library, fitness centre, and group seminars, as well as networking opportunities with fellow participants and faculty. Limited financial assistance is available to support up to 18 arts‑sector participants, with funding amounts varying and applicants expected to contribute at least 25 % of the total program fee. Applicants must be 18 years or older, work in an arts or cultural organization, and be able to obtain a Canadian visitor visa if accepted. The application deadline is 5 January 2027, with an application fee of $65 (or $35 for Indigenous applicants).

Applicants must be 18 + years old, work in an arts or cultural organization (any discipline), domestic and international applicants welcome; must obtain a Canadian visitor visa if accepted.
