CONVOCATÓRIA ABERTA DO CREART 3.0: RESIDÊNCIA ARTÍSTICA EM AVEIRO (PORTUGAL) 2026

The City of Aveiro, as part of the CreArt 3.0 cultural programme, invites two visual artists to a 19‑day residency in Aveiro, Portugal, running from 23 November to 11 December 2026. The residency focuses on public‑space interventions, light and sound installations, and performance art. Selected artists receive a €2,500 grant covering travel, subsistence and other expenses, as well as studio space, accommodation in the city centre, and the possibility to rent sound and light equipment supplied by the municipality. Applicants must be born or residing in one of the CreArt network cities (including Aveiro, Kaunas, Liepāja, Skopje, Valladolid, Venice, Clermont‑Ferrand, Rouen, Regensburg, České Budějovice, Oulu), be members of the Croatian Association of Visual Artists (HDLU), or be Ukrainian artists collaborating with the Lviv Artistic Council “Dialog”. No age limits apply. Applications (PDF, English) must include ID, proof of connection to a CreArt city, CV, portfolio (max 10 pages), and a project proposal. Deadline: 4 November 2026; results announced 11 November 2026. The residency is co‑financed by the European Union.
