New York University is seeking a Program Coordinator for its Undergraduate Humanities Fellowships and Public Programs. The role involves supporting the Center’s Undergraduate Fellowship Program through academic programming, student mentorship, research field trips, and community‑building initiatives. The coordinator will work closely with undergraduate fellows, faculty, and external partners to cultivate an inclusive humanities research environment, coordinate public programming, and manage communications and outreach for the Center’s events and initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and facilitating workshops, managing program logistics, producing multimedia documentation, and handling social media and website content. Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience designing undergraduate academic programming or related humanities initiatives. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and five or more years of program development experience.
