Chamada Aberta Ganesha 2026

Art Cube Gallery, a Chennai‑based artist‑led platform, is inviting painters and sculptors from across India to participate in the Ganesha Open Call 2026. The call seeks contemporary and traditional interpretations of Lord Ganesha, encouraging artists to explore the imagery, symbolism, mythology, philosophy, and cultural significance of the deity through their unique artistic lens. Submissions must be original works created after 2019, in mixed media, drawings, sketches, or mixed materials, and must not be AI‑generated or digital. Each artist may submit up to two pieces. The application deadline is 20 August 2026, with jury results announced on 23 August 2026. Selected artists will pay a ₹2,000 exhibition fee and are responsible for shipping and insurance. The exhibition will run from 11 to 13 September 2026 at Art Cube Gallery, Virugambakkam, Chennai, offering exhibition space, hanging support, a digital catalog, and gallery listing. The gallery does not provide housing or travel support.
