PACT Zollverein, a leading interdisciplinary arts centre in Essen, Germany, is calling for entries for its 2027 residency programme that runs from January to July. The residency, advertised twice a year, welcomes artists and cultural professionals from around the world to develop projects across a range of fields including performing arts, film, digital practice, and socially engaged art. Applicants submit an online application in English via a Typeform link. The programme provides a 3–6 week residency period with studio space (69–173 m², barrier‑free), local accommodation for up to four participants (family‑friendly options available), a weekly grant allowance, and travel cost coverage for one journey per participant. Technical equipment and professional support are available by arrangement. The residency culminates in optional open studios or showings, though participation is not mandatory.
