Programa de Acesso para Artistas com Deficiência (ADAP)
Ohio Arts Council
Sobre Esta Oportunidade
The Artists with Disabilities Access Program (ADAP) is a grant offered by the Ohio Arts Council to individual artists with disabilities who reside in Ohio. The program awards $500 to emerging artists (those with at least three years of practice) and up to $2,500 to professional artists. Grants may be used for exhibitions, performances, publications, skill‑development activities such as workshops or residencies, and for purchasing equipment (up to $1,500), materials, services, or facility rentals. Applicants receive a partial payment of 50 % upon award and a final payment after a report is approved. The program aims to increase artistic visibility, develop new skills, and support career‑advancing projects. Applications are submitted electronically via the OAC’s ARTIE system, and applicants must provide a résumé, artist statement, and work samples. The next application deadline is November 1 2026 (5 p.m.) for projects running July 1 2026 – June 30 2027.
