Apogeo Guest House, a boutique hotel concept in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, hosts a Work Fellowship residency that invites international and local artists, worldbuilders, and changemakers to stay during its Active Season. The fellowship runs for 1 to 6 weeks, with a rolling application deadline and no application fee. Fellows contribute creative content—such as workshops, performances, or collaborative projects—to the community in exchange for a reduced lodging rate. The program emphasizes inclusivity, welcoming LGBTQIA2S+ communities and people of color, and requires participants to be 18 years or older. Residents receive lodging, access to workshop and event spaces, and private transfer coordination, fostering a supportive environment for artistic development. The fellowship is designed as a community‑oriented stay, encouraging interaction among guests and local collaborators while providing a platform for creative experimentation.
