Eligibility requires the film or series to have been completed or scheduled to premiere between September 1 2025 and December 31 2026, to be a documentary (non‑fiction) work, and to meet technical and captioning requirements. Submissions are made through IDA’s online portal, and additional materials such as artistic statements and AI disclosure are required. The awards are open to filmmakers worldwide, with international pricing tiers to promote equitable participation.
