At CPT, we believe that the right to expression, to entertainment, to imagination, is a human right. We believe in the right to resistance, the right to rage, the right to rest. We also believe that joy is political, and that laughter, music and fun are also acts of resistance in oppressive contexts. In the face of ongoing and escalating transphobia and hostility, we want to hand over our building to the trans community, for whatever you want to do with it.
