About This Opportunity
The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of The Gamm Theatre (The Gamm) as a regional leader in professional theater. They will serve as The Gamm’s senior administrative and strategic leader, overseeing daily operations, stewarding finances, supervising staff, co-leading with the Artistic Director, and partnering closely with the Board of Directors to strengthen the theatre’s foundation and advance its mission.
