The Body Re-Formed: Contemporary Approaches to Figure Drawing

Artlink is now accepting submissions for our juried exhibition, The Body Re-Formed: Contemporary Approaches to Figure Drawing! Any artist 18+ years of age residing in the United States is eligible. Juried by professional artist and educator Christopher Ganz, this exhibition will explore the world of contemporary figure drawing. All works must be figure drawing-based, though media can vary, including graphite, charcoal, pastels of any kind, color pencils, crayons, markers, pens, pen and ink, ink washes, gouaches, watercolor, and combinations thereof. Collage elements can also be included. All work must be original, no reproduction prints. If the work was done at an organization such as a university, community art center, or local drawing group, please include that information in the description. If the work was created by observing an online live model, please include the group name or source. We would love to show visitors the various ways in which artists access figure drawing!
