About the works
1 Works that are the original creation of the artist and have not yet been exhibited in a public exhibition
2 Works that do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
3 If the work violates items 1 or 2, the exhibition or performance will be cancelled.
4 The applicant shall bear full responsibility for any problems that may arise as a result of item 2.

1 20 years of age or older, regardless of gender or nationality, able to communicate in Japanese or English. 2 Individuals or groups (up to 3 people) may participate. 3 Those who have been presenting their works for at least two years. (students may present their works on campus.) 4 Eligible activities include two-dimensional and three-dimensional works, media art and installations, general physical expression, verbal expression through recitation, etc., and other art works including all other media. ( The number of two-dimensional and three-dimensional works exhibited may be limited depending on the size of the work. Media art installations may also be limited in size. As a general rule, the duration of performances and other demonstrations is limited to 20 minutes or less. ) 5 Applicants must be able to attend the preview of the local venue and the SSP artists' meeting as determined by the ClafT Secretariat (preview of the local venue, and first meeting will be held on Saturday, July 12, from 10:30 a.m.). 6 Participants must be able to carry in, set up, take down, and carry out their own equipment. 7 Must be able to be present at the exhibition site during the exhibition period. (not necessarily all days. ) 8 If you are participating from far away in Japan or overseas, you will be responsible for the actual transportation and accommodation expenses for previewing the venue, meeting, carrying in and out, and staying during the exhibition period. 9 Those who are able to agree to the items described in the application guidelines. Provision of space for exhibitions (shared by several people or groups) Provision of simple sound and lighting equipment to the extent possible when demonstrations are included. Publication in the overall festival flyer, publicity through web media and SNS, press releases, etc. Provide opportunities for artists to present their works at the festival in the following years and beyond by mutual consultation and agreement. If there are too many applicants, the selection will be made by the Chuo Line Art Festival Executive Committee. Applicants must own the copyrights to their works, and must obtain permission from the copyright holders if there are collaborators. Please be sure to obtain the permission of the copyright holder for any art, video, photographs, music, or other materials used in the work. In the event that a third party claims infringement of their rights or compensation for damages, the entrant shall be responsible for dealing with such claims on their own initiative, and the organizers shall not be held liable for any such claims. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, personal information received will not be used for any purpose other than for this exhibition. Monday, June 2 at 23:59 in Japan time , 2025 Results will be announced on the official ClafT website on June 8 . Applicants will be contacted individually by e-mail. ( We will not respond to any inquiries or claims of significance regarding the selection process. )
