Brand X will host a regional artist in their City of Sydney Creative Studios. This opportunity is appropriate for individuals or collectives of two working in visual arts, interdisciplinary arts, design, performing arts, sound, writers, and researchers. The Cad Factory will host a metro artist in their Sandigo recording studio. This opportunity is appropriate for individuals or collectives of two working in experimental sound, music, site-specific/environmental/community inclusive arts, interdisciplinary arts, and performing arts. The aim of the program is to have meaningful dialogue between the art ecologies of regional and metropolitan New South Wales.The residencies will allow artists to connect with different communities, build industry connections and have time and space to develop work. It is a self-led and self-determined residency where artists can explore their practice within a different context.
