About This Opportunity
TOKAS implements the Two-City Exchange Program to support creators' production and promote cultural exchange by dispatching creators to overseas cities, cultural institutions, and residency facilities. In 2025, we will recruit one creator each from seven cities: Basel, Brussels, Helsinki, Montreal, Seoul, Taipei, and Berlin, which will resume its dispatch after five years.
Restrictions
①専門とする分野での活動実績があり、将来の活躍が期待される者であること ②英語で十分にコミュニケーションを取ることができ、他の滞在クリエーターとの相互理解や交流に努められること ③自立して生活、リサーチ活動ができること ④個人またはデュオで活動しているクリエーター ⑤原則として、学生は対象外（ただし、滞在時点で博士課程在学中の学生は除く）
