About This Opportunity
The Department of Architecture at ETH Zürich invites applications for two full‑time professorships in Civic Architecture, based at the Institute of Design and Architecture (IEA). The positions involve teaching design studios and lectures in the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes, supervising Master’s theses, and developing a cutting‑edge research agenda focused on civic buildings and inclusive urban spaces. Candidates must hold a university degree in architecture, be accredited architects, and have a substantial built oeuvre with demonstrated leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role includes responsibilities for research, teaching, and departmental development, with courses offered in German or English.
