In 2025, the District Stimulation Program (PDE) of the Institute of Arts of Bogotá - Idartes will continue to promote artistic and cultural talent in Bogotá through individual incentives directed at artists, organizations and collectives that present proposals in various disciplines. These include music, dance, literature, audiovisual arts, visual arts, theater and circus, social sectors, dramatic art, art, science and technology, as well as interdisciplinary initiatives and projects aimed at older adults and urban cultures. This year, the program will have more than 100 calls and will allocate an investment of over 7,000 million pesos, distributed in 401 individual incentives and six competitive bags. With this, it seeks to strengthen creation, research, training and circulation in the artistic and cultural ecosystem of the city, offering opportunities for the different agents of the sector to develop and consolidate their proposals. Additionally, the Expert Persons Bank will have over 1,000 million pesos in incentives for the selection of jurors and mentors, who will play a fundamental role in the evaluation of proposals and in the pedagogical accompaniment of participants, providing advice on the formulation and execution of projects.
