Outer Voice, Call for Participants

Outer Voice, the Portland, OR time-based art alliance is now welcoming artists’ applications for their stipended 25/26 session running from October 2025 – June 2026! Applications are due Sept 9, 2025 by 5pm Apply Here https://www.outervoicepdx.com/opencall Portland area artists are encouraged to apply, and artists who are BIPOC and LGBTQ people, people with illness or disability, and artists who are 65+, are especially encouraged to apply. The stipend for this session is $1,500 per month, and the session will run from October 2025 – June 2026. The deadline for applications is September 9, 2025, by 5pm.
