Open Call for NARA 2025 Artistic Residency
About This Opportunity
The residency focuses on artistic development and training, with two pillars of activities: artistic process and field and body work. Support and Accompaniment: Each resident has the support of a PAR (artist/researcher/scientist), as well as Angela María Zuluaga (director of the Nido de Águilas Botanical Garden) for field topics, and Sofía Zuluaga and Leandro Mussi (NARA directors) for artistic process, production and management. Residents must bring their own materials. Encounter with Creators: It facilitates dialogue and exchange with local artists to generate connections. Artistic Picnic – Open Studio: At the end of the residency, a socialization of the artistic process is carried out, where the resident exposes their works and invites those involved in the project. Piles of Activities: Artistic Process: Knowledge exchange with local artists, adapted to the resident's interests. Field and Body Work: Activities that promote direct contact with nature and the body.
