THK Gallery invites emerging voices to apply to its artist open call. As a leading contemporary art gallery based in Cape Town, South Africa, with a satellite project space in Cologne, Germany, THK Gallery is committed to showcasing diverse voices and cultivating bold, thought-provoking artistic practices. The gallery maintains a dynamic curatorial program that brings together emerging and established artists from across Africa and beyond. Through this open call, we aim to connect with up-and-coming artists whose practices resonate with the gallery’s focus on cultural dialogue, and critical engagement. We welcome submissions from artists working across all mediums who are eager to share their work with our curatorial team. To ensure that each portfolio receives thoughtful consideration, we kindly ask applicants to carefully follow the submission guidelines provided below.
