Open Call for Art and Tech Program (Finland)

The Aalto Creatives Art & Tech Open Call ’25 seeks applications from artists, creatives and entrepreneurs who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology. This grant is intended to fund projects that explore the intersection of art and technology in exciting and meaningful ways. Applications are encouraged from teams who are prepared to produce a prototype or a demo of their idea. The projects could focus on, but are not limited to, the following topics: new methods and formats for audiovisual storytelling, technology-enhanced art, design, and entertainment, augmentation of human creativity through computational methods, creation of novel interactive experiences. The successful applications will be granted unique access to utilise the cutting-edge facilities of Aalto Studios and Aalto MAGICS in the new Marsio building. In addition to the facility usage, winning projects can receive development funding ranging EUR 2000-4000 per project and our partner Genelec’s product prizes.
