OPEN CALL - CULTURAL CONNECTIONS 2025 - Brazil

Seeking to facilitate international cooperation between the Netherlands and Brazil in the cultural field, the Embassy and the Consulates General of the Netherlands invite cultural institutions, artists, cultural professionals, producers, and collectives to submit proposals aimed at fostering cultural exchange between our two countries. Projects and subsidies must contribute to the goals listed in the international cultural policy framework 2025-2028: * A strong international position for the Dutch cultural sector through enduring cooperation, exchanges and visibility. * Supporting bilateral relations through cultural projects. * Using the power of the cultural and creative sector to promote sustainable development. In Brazil, we are looking for projects that particularly address social inequalities and promote sustainability, diversity, and inclusion within all cultural activities and initiatives. In the year 2025, we particularly encourage the submission of projects that relate to COP30-related themes.
