Eligibility
● Cultural professionals interested in broadening cultural boundaries and building cultural exchange networks with Korea
● Professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in the relevant field and theme
● Participants from various countries aiming to increase their understanding of Korea's cultural industry
- Theme : Cultural Convergence in the Digital Era – Technology and Digital Transformation
Required Qualifications
● Professionals with 5 to 15 years of experience in the performing or visual arts (including artists, producers, administrators with verifiable experience)
● Proficient in English (for both conversation and writing)
● Able to fully participate and obtain a visa for travel and stay in Korea

Proof of Work Experience
Participation Agreement issued by an affiliated organization - May be submitted in the designated format or an institutional form that includes the required content - “Affiliated organization” refers to a company or institution where the applicant is regularly employed.
- Freelancers without affiliation are exempt from this requirement
- Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information (must use designated form)

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea
A Korean Cultural Center
Your country’s Ministry of Culture
Applicants who submit a letter of recommendation will receive an additional five points in the document screening stage.
Selection Process
● Document screening
● Online interview (approx. 10 minutes per applicant via video call)
Support Provided
● Round-trip airfare (economy class)
● Accommodation and local transportation
- Arranged by the host; no cash disbursement
● Meals during official program activities
- All other meals (dinners and weekends) are the responsibility of participants.
● Certificate of Completion
Awarded to those who attend at least 80% of the program and submit a completed project proposal
Note: Visa-related fees and travel insurance must be covered by the participant. Insurance proof must be submitted before departure.
Participant Obligations
● Minimum 80% attendance across the full program
● Presentation and Submission of a completed collaborative project proposal
