New residency program for artistic practices in Uruguay
About This Opportunity
In this first edition, two residency periods (October and November 2025) are offered, with a total of 10 places. Each selected artist will receive accommodation, transportation, workspace, specialized tutoring, a $21,000 grant and an integral program of activities. Located in the Miguelete 1825 grounds, the residency space is part of the cultural complex that integrates the Espacio de Arte Contemporáneo (EAC) and the Natural History Museum. This new residency aims to contribute to the professionalization of artists, stimulate dialogue between regions and promote the development of collaboration networks in the field of contemporary visual arts.
