About This Opportunity
The MKK awards the stipendium 2025 in the field of visual arts in the field of painting. The stipendiat will be given the opportunity to work for a year in a state of economic independence and to present themselves to the public. Applications are only possible on recommendation, after a professor of the department of painting at a German university has named a person as suitable. Applicants can be students and graduates who are German in the sense of the Basic Law or have lived in Germany for at least two years. The completion of a artistic education should not be longer than five years ago. Stipendiumshöhe: 12,000 euros, which are paid out in monthly installments.
Restrictions
Bewerbungen sind nur auf Empfehlung möglich, nachdem ein:e Professor:in der Fachrichtung Malerei einer deutschen Hochschulen eine Person als geeignet benennt. Bewerben können sich Studierende und Absolvent:innen, die Deutsche im Sinne des Grundgesetzes sind oder seit mindestens zwei Jahren in Deutschland lebt. Der Abschluss einer künstlerischen Ausbildung sollte nicht länger als fünf Jahre zurückliegen.
