Market Gallery is now accepting submissions for short works of different textures, resonances and affect across printed material & ephemera, to be published in celebration of our twenty-fifth birthday this September. This is a funded opportunity inviting Scotland-based artists & writers to respond to the broader themes in Market Gallery’s programme, grounded in Edouard Glissant’s ‘Poetics of Relation’ and the ample possibilities that open up to us when we consider how we – the human and more-than-human – might relate to one another. By viewing the world through a lens of the collective/connected, how might we move towards each other, to dream and build an alternative shared future?
