About This Opportunity

Video Pool Media Arts Centre announces the Media Arts + Technology Residency (MATR) 2027, a two‑month program supporting experimental, independent, technology‑based artistic practices. Canadian artists are invited to propose projects that engage video, sound, installation, digital media, performance, interactive technologies, or interdisciplinary approaches. Selected residents receive full access to VP’s equipment, facilities, and technical resources, including dedicated gallery space for one month and a subsequent exhibition in the Poolside Gallery.
