The Front of House Manager leads a team to provide an exceptional experience and standard of service to every visitor attending an Artangel project. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to use their own initiative.

Experience of managing a team, Experience in a public-facing role where engaging customers in meaningful exchanges are key, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Accuracy and attention to detail, Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable approach to work, Ability to work independently and with initiative, Ability to remain calm under pressure, with demonstrable problem solving skills, Experience of considering, inputting and following health and safety and risk management policies, Fluent in English, Competent in using Microsoft Office, Experience of handling cash and card sales, Experience using Eventbrite, Ticket Taylor or other box office systems
