Final call for SOMA Summer 2025

SOMA Summer is an intensive four-week program held in Mexico City, designed for international artists, curators, art historians, and critics interested in collaborative creation and critical reflection. The program fosters discussion and the exchange of diverse perspectives, encouraging critical and porous reflection far from essentialisms and binary thought. Each SOMA Summer is organized around a different theme that provides a compelling conceptual framework for research and creative work. The 2025 edition, titled “BROTES (OUTBREAKS): Proposals to Delay the End of the World,” will explore themes of resistance, transformation, and alternative futures.
