RUC maintains a partnership with the Valle Camonica Center of Prehistoric Studies (Centro Camuno di Studi Preistorici) for academic programs and studies on archaeology and history. In 2016, nearby Iseo lake was chosen by Christo for the installation of the 'Floating Piers' in its astonishing beautiful and dramatic landscape. 'In Simplicitate Libertas' is RUC's 1 week residency at Villa Amati during which a small group of international artists will experience the ancestral magic of rural life in a small community.
