The present call has as its object the award of up to 10 (ten) masters and masters of the arts and/or notoriety, who express themselves through artistic-cultural activities, sacred rites, whose life and work were dedicated to the protection and development of Afro-Brazilian, indigenous, and other ethnic cultures.
