About This Opportunity

Bases y condiciones

1. Registration
To apply, artists must complete the online registration form, available on www.oxigenoferiadearte.com. Each artist must complete the form in its entirety, providing their personal and contact information, as well as basic information about the artistic proposal they wish to present. It is essential that the information be clear, precise, and truthful, as it will be used during the evaluation process by the selection committee.

2. Required documentation
The application will be considered complete only when the artist has sent:

  • The registration form with their contact information,
  • A PDF file with the artistic proposal.
  • A high-resolution photograph of the artist.
  • Proof of transfer, corresponding to the application.

No incomplete applications will be accepted.

3. Selection
The selection committee, designated by the organization of the fair, will evaluate the applications and select the artists who will participate in the exhibition. Any of the selected artists may receive one of the prizes awarded by the fair. In this edition, the committee will be composed of:

Rodrigo Alonso (Curator and cultural manager – Buenos Aires, Argentina)
Bettina Brizuela (Artist, gallery owner and cultural manager – Asunción, Paraguay)
Ysanne Gayet (Artist and cultural manager – Areguá, Paraguay)

4. Originality of the works
The presented works must be original and preferably unpublished. By accepting these bases and conditions, the artist declares under oath that the sent works are of their authorship. The organization is not responsible for possible denunciations related to plagiarism or other infringements.

5. Sale of works and commission
All exhibited works will be for sale, as one of the objectives of the fair is to bring art to new audiences and promote emerging collecting. The organization will retain a 40% commission on the sale price set by the artist. It is requested to maintain the usual market value of the works. The fair will be responsible for managing sales and payments, transferring the corresponding amount to the artist once the works have been delivered to the buyer. In the event of agreed payments in installments with buyers, payments to the artist will be made in a staggered manner, as the amounts are received.

6. Post-fair consignment
Once the fair is over, the unsold works will remain in consignment and with exclusive sale through the organization for a minimum period of 3 months, during which they may be offered through various digital platforms.

7. Delivery and collection of works
The selected artists will have an assigned exhibition space according to curatorial criteria. The works must be delivered on Monday, October 20, at the place and time established by the organization. Failure to deliver on time and in the required manner may result in the exclusion of the work from the exhibition. The works must be collected on Monday, October 27, except for those that have been sold. Artists must have a valid invoice book. In the event that they do not have it at the time of sale, a 10% retention corresponding to the IVA will be applied.

8. Deadlines for the call
The call will remain open from July 19 to August 19, 2025. No applications will be accepted outside of this period or those that are incomplete. The organization and the selection committee reserve the right to request additional information from applicants if deemed necessary for the evaluation process.

9. Use of images
The fair reserves the right to use the photographs of the works and participating artists for promotional and dissemination purposes of the event, without implying any additional economic compensation.

10. Application fee
To apply, artists must fill out the online registration form, having made the payment of the application fee of 100,000 guaraníes (non-refundable amount, the sum is destined for the design and printing of the folders that will be awarded to each of the members of the jury and other administrative expenses) so they must attach the proof of transfer made to Oxígeno Arte EAS, Banco ITAÚ, account number 420008873, RUC 80124990-2.
