Cirkus Kolektiv: Artist in Residence 2026 in Contemporary Circus (Croatia)

The Artist in Residence is a long-term residency programme of Cirkus Kolektiv, providing production, technical, and logistical support to artists developing new works in the field of contemporary circus. The programme takes place at the Mala Scena of the Dom Mladih in Split, Croatia, equipped with a dance floor, mirrors, lighting, and basic technical facilities. Residencies last up to 14 days, between January and June 2026, and end with a work-in-progress performance followed by a discussion with the audience. The programme also offers the possibility of organising workshops in the techniques practiced by the artists (e.g., aerial disciplines, juggling, circus duets).
