Celestino Cuevas Artistic Residency Program

The City Council of Reinosa, through its Department of Culture, proposes its fifth Residency Program, which will take place in Reinosa from July 23 to August 2, 2025. Residencies for artists represent an enriching encounter for both participants and the environment in which they develop; they highlight the work involved in artistic practice and its contribution to society from the present perspective.
