Call for Artists and Art Collectives to Participate in the Artistic Occupation of the Experimental Garden Sala Verde UFSC – 2025/2 and 2026/1

The Sala Verde UFSC, of the CGA – Coordination of Environmental Management, makes public, through this edict, the opening of the inscriptions for artists and art collectives interested in occupying the Experimental Garden of the Sala Verde UFSC. OBJECTIVES: Stimulate and support the participation of artists and art collectives in the creation of two exhibitions that occupy the Experimental Garden of the SV, developed in dialogue with the SV team, with a focus on socio-environmental education and promoting criticality to the public, during the semesters 2025.2 and 2026.1. Select two individual or collective proposals to occupy the Experimental Garden, one scheduled to be held in the second semester of 2025 and another in the first semester of 2026, for a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months each. Support art projects that dialogue with biodiversity and local architecture, respecting the Mission & Vision of the SV, democratizing access to contemporary art, encouraging artistic enjoyment of the academic community and the Greater Florianópolis, promoting socio-environmental education activities through the arts.
