August 2025: Open Calls and Opportunities for Artists and Art Practitioners

This collection is a valuable resource for those interested in exploring opportunities in the arts and culture within the United Arab Emirates and beyond. In addition to the ongoing open calls and grants provided by the Sharjah Art Foundation throughout the year to support emerging and established artists in the contemporary art field, the Foundation has compiled a list of the most prominent open calls, local, regional, and international, as well as educational opportunities, grants, and artist residency programs in other institutions.
