Art Contest For Oregon City Students

The Oregon City Arts Commission invites you to get creative! We are sponsoring a contest to illustrate our tagline, Art for Every Heart. Artwork should be original and may be of any medium – a painting, a photograph, a sculpture, or even a song or a dance. The contest is open to children and young adults who attend school in Oregon City, from kindergarten to 12th grade. Artwork should reflect what the tagline Art for Every Heart means to the artist. We will award prizes between $300 and $500. Members of the Oregon City Arts Commission will be the judges. We will recognize the winners at the Arts Commission 6 x 6 Art Show on June 14, 2025. (A free public event.) Winning artwork will serve as the Oregon City Arts Commission illustrated tagline for one year and will be displayed on our website along with a photo of the artist(s).
