ACA Mentoring Artist-in-Residency Program
About This Opportunity
The Atlantic Center for the Arts (ACA) offers the Mentoring Artist‑in‑Residency program, a three‑week interdisciplinary residency held in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Three established “Mentoring Artists” from diverse fields (visual arts, music, literature, dance, theater, etc.) design the residency structure and each may select up to eight “Associate Artists” to join. Residents receive private on‑campus housing, all meals, studio spaces (painting, sculpture, dance, music, writing, media), Wi‑Fi, and access to the Leeper Studio Complex. Scholarships can reduce the room‑and‑board fee, and the program is open to artists worldwide over age 21 who speak English, at any career stage. Applications are accepted online, with a deadline of 5 August 2026 for Residency #198 (October 4‑24, 2026).
