30th Anniversary Open Call 2Museos Bahía Blanca

We invite visual artists up to 50 years old, residing in Bahía Blanca and Punta Alta, to participate in a collective exhibition to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Bahía Blanca (MAC). The exhibition aims to bring together works that showcase the diverse forms of contemporary art in our city, particularly in artists whose formation and production have developed in parallel with the existence of the MAC. Since its founding in 1995, the MAC Bahía Blanca has been a key space for the visibility of contemporary languages, public debate and reflection, and dialogue between artists, institutions, and the community. At 30 years of its founding, we call for a collective exhibition of artists who have formed, grown, and created their work in a city that has a contemporary art museum.
