2025 HBIDA Art Contest Opens August 1st!
About This Opportunity
The Houston Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (HBIDA) is proud to announce that the 2025 HBIDA Art Contest will be officially open for submissions on August 1st! This year’s theme is “Art Speaks Louder,” a celebration of the power of creative expression to communicate ideas, feelings, and perspectives that words alone may not fully capture. We invite children, teens, and adults with dyslexia or other learning differences across the Houston area to submit original artwork that reflects the spirit of neurodiversity and gives voice to their unique experiences and insights.
Restrictions
Children, teens, and adults with dyslexia or other learning differences in the Greater Houston Area are invited to participate in the following categories: Grades 1-4, Grades 5-8, Grades 9-12 & 18+
