13th International Photography Festival – Open Call for Main Exhibition

PHOTO IS:RAEL invites artists to submit proposals for the Main Exhibition of the 13th International Photography Festival, scheduled for October 2026 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The festival’s theme, "Citizens," explores photography as a civic practice, encouraging participants to present grassroots perspectives that contribute to public discourse and democratic resilience. Submissions may include photography, film, video, performance documentation, animation, and digital or hybrid works. Selected works will be exhibited in the festival’s Main Exhibition, featured in the 2026 festival catalogue and website. The call is open to artists worldwide, regardless of career stage, and there is no application fee.
