10th International Congress of Art, Science and Technology and Digital Arts Seminar – CIACT-SAD 2025

From May 26 to 28, 2025, the UFMG Cultural Center, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil (Av. Santos Dumont, 174 - Center), hosts another edition of the International Congress of Art, Science and Technology and Digital Arts Seminar (CIACT-SAD 2025). Under the theme “Unknown”, the event invites participants to explore emerging issues in a world marked by instability and uncertainty. The proposal of the edition is to face the unknown, overcome limits, create new fields of investigation and imagine solutions for contemporary challenges. The CIACT-SAD is an initiative of the Laboratory of Frontier Poetics (UEMG/CNPq) and has the participation of a vast organizing committee, which includes members of institutions such as UEMG, CEFET-MG, UFSM and UFBA, as well as a scientific committee composed of researchers from Brazil and abroad. With an extensive program, the event brings together researchers, artists and specialists to debate the intersections between art, science and technology. The seminar section presents a thematic curatorship focused on “Unknown”, with invited researchers to expose their advanced research. As a congress, it offers a space for presentation of works by master's, master's, doctoral and doctoral students, from research groups, associations and postgraduate programs from various areas.
