Market Gallery, a charitable artist‑run organisation in Glasgow’s East End, is recruiting two Artist‑Programmers for a two‑year term on its Committee. The role involves collaborative programming, research, event planning, administration, and contributing to the gallery’s strategic direction. Committees meet weekly, with additional weekend and evening work as needed, requiring roughly two days per week. Selected artists receive a stipend of £1088 per month on a freelance basis, with access to mentorship, courses, equipment, and at least one funded group research trip. The position is supported by Creative Scotland funding until March 2028.
