World Sports Photography Awards 2027 – Concours de photographie

The World Sports Photography Awards 2027, sponsored by Canon, is the world’s largest and most prestigious sports photography competition. Open to professional, semi‑professional and amateur sports photographers worldwide, the competition invites entries of up to ten images taken between December 2025 and November 2026 across 23 sporting categories. Submission is free and must be made digitally through the official competition website. Entries are judged by an international panel of experts from sport, media, photography, brands and the creative industries on technical skill, originality and composition. Winners receive international recognition and global media exposure, with shortlisted and winning photographs showcased on the awards website and promotional channels. Prizes are provided by sponsors and partners. The competition is held annually, with the 2027 edition’s deadline on 23 November 2026.
