Histoires de guerre : résidence artistique virtuelle « Collage & Conflict »
Kolaj Institute
À Propos de Cette Opportunité
The Kolaj Institute invites collage artists to participate in the "War Stories: Collage & Conflict" virtual residency, a four‑week program scheduled for October 2026. Participants will research historical and contemporary war reporting, engage with experts such as Adrian Paukstat from the interdisciplinary journal Wissenschaft & Frieden, and create collages that respond to war and peace narratives. The residency includes weekly virtual sessions, critical feedback, and opportunities to publish selected works in the journal’s issue 4/2026, in a folio by Kolaj Institute, and at future exhibitions. Artists will also be invited to speak about their work at a Kolaj LIVE online event in January 2027. The program is open to any artist over 21, worldwide, who is self‑motivated and interested in social or political collage. The cost of participation is $600 USD per artist, with grants available for those in need.
