Résidence Villa Nappi

Villa Nappi, located in the picturesque hills of the Marche region, is a 17th‑century villa that has been transformed into a dedicated artists’ home. Managed by the Associazione InTeatro, the venue hosts a variety of contemporary arts residencies, with a particular focus on theater, dance, and interdisciplinary projects. The program offers year‑round spaces for artistic creation, research, study, and expression. Residents are accommodated in a guesthouse that provides 35 beds across eleven rooms and two apartments, and they have access to a range of workspaces including rehearsal rooms, a Sommier Room, a TV Room, a Piano Room, and a cinema. The villa also features conference rooms, a bar, a restaurant, and common areas that can be used for meetings, workshops, or informal gatherings. The residency is open to artists working in theater, dance, and interdisciplinary contemporary arts, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no application fee. While the program does not offer a monetary stipend, it provides free accommodation and access to the villa’s facilities, making it an attractive option for artists seeking a supportive environment for experimentation and collaboration.
