Appel à projets Triangle 2027-2028 – The Fourth Wall

Triangle Arts Association (Brooklyn, NY) announces its 2027‑2028 Open Call, themed “The Fourth Wall.” The program offers a three‑month studio residency (June‑August, September‑November, December‑February, or March‑May 2028) for up to four artists per season, providing 24‑hour studio access, communal spaces, basic tools, and access to Materials for the Arts. All residents must attend a three‑day intensive (May 27‑29, 2028) that explores the theme through curated activities. No housing is provided for the residency, but travel and accommodation costs for the intensive may be covered case‑by‑case. Applications open October 15, 2026 and close December 15, 2027 (11:59 PM ET). A $10 processing fee applies for submissions made between December 1‑15, 2026; earlier applications are free. The call is open to US‑based and international individual artists or collectives working in any medium, at any career stage, with preference for those who have not previously participated. Applicants must be available for the full residency period and the intensive dates. Artists from countries with existing Triangle partnerships should apply through the local partnership call.

Studio space (180‑500 sq ft), 24‑hour access, communal kitchen, internet, basic tools, Materials for the Arts access, 3‑day intensive program, mentorship and community activities.
