Narratives Through the Eye is a week‑long (7 days, 7 overnight stays) photography residency taking place in Thrace, Northern Greece, at the eco‑tourism Hotel Thrassa on Lake Tychero. The program, running from May 4–11 (edition 2026/2027), welcomes documentary and landscape photographers as well as visual artists with a research‑based practice, at any career level. Participants pay a fee of €1,390 which covers private accommodation with breakfast, airport pickup, daily van transport to field locations, continuous mentoring by curators Antonis Pasvantis and Stratos Kalafatis, excursions to the Silk Museum of Soufli and Pomak villages, and a collective exhibition of the work produced. Travel to Alexandroupolis Airport, insurance, meals, and personal equipment are not included.
