Appel à candidatures SIXI AIR 2027

The Sixi International Artist‑in‑Residence (AiR) Project, launched by Sixi Museum in Nanjing, China, is recruiting four emerging artists for fully supported three‑month residencies in the spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) of 2027. Applicants may address one of two thematic tracks and are expected to participate in talks, workshops and open‑studio events, and to donate a selection of works to the museum. The program provides studio space, accommodation, a modest stipend, and an exhibition opportunity at the end of the residency. Eligibility is open to artists of all disciplines and cultural backgrounds, at least 18 years old, with sufficient proficiency in Mandarin or English; there are no nationality restrictions. Applications are free and must be submitted online by 15 November 2026 (Beijing time, GMT+8). Selected artists will receive full support for travel, living costs, and materials. The call is part of an annual series, with the next edition opening in spring 2027.
