Résidence Sanskriti Kendra

Sanskriti Pratishthan invites both established and emerging artists and scholars of any discipline to apply for a residency at the Sanskriti Kendra, a cultural centre located about 15 km south of New Delhi. The programme provides a private studio or workspace, boarding and lodging with vegetarian breakfast, lunch, dinner and two teas per day. Residents have access to an on‑site art gallery, a ceramic centre (kiln use incurs material fees), an enamel centre (kiln use incurs fees), a library, internet data cards, and various multipurpose spaces such as a hall, amphitheatre and seminar rooms. The residency period may last from 2 to 12 weeks, with possible extensions. Applications are accepted throughout the year and should be submitted 4–5 months before the intended start date. No grant or stipend is offered; artists must arrange their own travel, insurance and material costs. Accommodation is provided but spouses/family are not included, though limited guest arrangements can be made. The programme is open to artists and scholars of any discipline and nationality (non‑Indian residents must hold a valid visa).
