Résidence d'artiste de Yasmine Laraqui – Casablanca

The Yasmine Laraqui Studio Residency in Casablanca creates space for local and international exchange, welcoming artists, writers, filmmakers, curators, designers, researchers and other creative practitioners from Morocco and abroad. The program operates open calls throughout the year and includes a fully‑sponsored fellowship for Morocco‑based artists. Residencies typically run between one and three months and provide private accommodation, 24/7 studio access, curatorial support, conceptual and research guidance, introductions to local artists and cultural professionals, assistance with exhibitions or presentations, documentation, communication support and connections to international networks. The residency emphasizes multidisciplinary practice, encouraging projects that explore experimentation, technology, social issues and new forms of artistic production, while integrating the city of Casablanca as an essential part of the experience. Applicants are selected based on the relevance of their project to the residency’s goals and the potential for mutual exchange between international and Moroccan practitioners.
